TA - Engineering Innovation

Teach Assistant, College of Engineering, Peking University, 2025

Course Introduction: This course delves into UAV architectural frameworks and operational principles, emphasizing ROS-based control systems. Using XTDrone, students develop autonomous perception, control, and decision-making algorithms through simulation. Focused on Crazyflie UAVs, it advances swarm algorithm design and real-world validation via a “theory-simulation-experimentation” triad, equipping learners with technical foundations for UAV intelligent control and collaborative swarm applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisted in course preparation and material development
  • Conducted weekly tutorial sessions
  • Graded assignments and projects
  • Provided office hours for student consultation
  • Helped with laboratory demonstrations

Topics Covered:

  • Robot Simulation
  • UAV System
  • ROS programming
